Among the many major innovations LINPAC Allibert has recently brought to market are:
• TYTAN – the new standard in large folding and stacking containers for car parts, etc. (pictured above). Weighing 23% less than its predecessor, TYTAN still stacks up to five-high when fully loaded and folds to give 14% more vehicle fill on reverse logistics.
• XLXS - this range has been designed as the definitive retail-ready container for fruit and vegetables, doubling up as an excellent, high volume folding container and a presentable means of direct merchandising in-store. The product comes in three sizes, each designed to be easy to fill, ergonomic in use, compatible with standard ISO pallets and space-efficient in transit. The XLXS is constructed from food-grade polmyer and is 100% recyclable.
• Maxinest - our famous Maxinest containers were developed following close observation of how the food and grocery supply chain worked and designed in consultation with major retailers. The original design was registered in 1995 and has now grown into a range of 11 variants. No other stacking container is more accomodating. Maxinest fits with all standard distribution and display cabinet arrangements and works seamlessly with the latest filling, weighing, handling and pallet storage methods.
• Pallet collar – a tough polypropylene pallet collar that instantly transforms a wooden or plastic pallet into a bulk container. The collar provides extra protection for valuable and delicate goods, and saves both the time and cost of stretchwrap – while reducing waste.
• Kerb-climbing dolly – a durable and lightweight plastic dolly designed so that one person can easily and safely move goods from road to pavement, and vice versa.
• Multi-height trays – full and half size.
• MaxiFold® folding trays (UK only) offering a space-saving ratio of 6:1 on returns.
• Bi-coloured containers – for easy identification of nesting and stacking positions.
• Distribution picking containers with both multi-fold lid and sliding door – combining the ease of access required for order picking and the security of a returnable distribution container.
In addition, we were the first manufacturer to install steel bars into plastic pallets – simultaneously increasing the fork entry width and the mechanical strength of the pallet.
And we were the first manufacturer to offer true tamper-evidence on attached-lid containers.
