Code of Conduct

As an international company with over 9,000 employees, LINPAC aims to conduct its business with honesty and integrity wherever in the world we work. Our Group code of conduct is led and supported by our Board and our senior management team and sets out a number of principles by which we operate.

The code is based on a series of key values to which all LINPAC employees are required to comply:

  • honesty and integrity in the way we conduct business
  • a respect for the individual and diversity
  • open, honest and supporting relationships with all our key stakeholders
  • a shared responsibility at all levels to adhere to the code

 The Code of Conduct brings together a global set of standards helping to define what is expected of our businesses and all of our people regardless of location or background.
