I have been with LINPAC Packaging in Pravia, Spain, since April 1995 and in that time have seen many positive changes across the business. LINPAC really does support its employees and provides people with the opportunities to develop further in their careers.
My role involves solving problems and providing solutions to both internal and external customers and ensuring that the same issues are not repeated in the future. Customers and customer service is one of LINPAC's core values - working together as one team to provide the best levels of service. For me, the best thing about working for LINPAC is the global perspective it allows and the open-mindedness of the business to make progressive change.

I’ve been with LINPAC Packaging for just over 22 years and now hold the position of Engineering Manager looking after the food services site in St Helens.
I’ve seen lots of changes in the business since I joined and without these changes and this progression we would not be in the strong position we are today. We run world class operations that make sure we are leading the way in our industry. Our change management processes and the strong leadership of our management teams ensure that we stay ahead.

I joined LINPAC in 2005 as plant manager of our Winsford operation and from May 2006 also took on responsibility for the Walsall plant. My role is to manage the manufacturing activity of the plants to support the quality, cost and delivery requirements of our customers.
The best thing about working for LINPAC is that we are a progressive and forward thinking business – we don’t stand still and continually invest in the development of our people, our systems and our services to keep us at the forefront of our industry. LINPAC has also provided me with numerous training and development opportunities and over the past two years I have attended executive development training courses on leadership and communications skills.
Most recently, the acquisition of Allibert to form LINPAC Allibert has broadened our product range, our services and our customer base and the integration of the two businesses makes for exciting and challenging opportunities ahead.

I’ve been with the Ropak division of LINPAC since 1985 and have worked my way up to Account Manager in the commercial team. In my view, the best thing about my role is being able to see our products being developed and bought to market. I feel proud seeing a product that we have developed sitting on a store shelf and knowing that I assisted in its success.
LINPAC has provided me with many development opportunities. After attending a telephone sales training course, I realised that even a salesman with over 19 years experience can continue to improve and learn new skills to offer our customers a consistently high level of service.
