Making convenience easy – the LINPAC way
LINPAC Packaging, in partnership with Anchor USA, has launched a new microwavable range of platters and dishes into the UK and European foodservice markets, to meet demand from the growing convenience market segment. The new range, manufactured in polypropylene (PP), includes a wide variety of dishes and bowls which can be heated up to 170 degrees Centigrade in the microwave and are dishwasher safe, as well as reusable. The range includes self-venting lids to allow steam to escape from the pack during microwaving, that also have an anti-fog coating to give good product visibility when on display.

However, people do not want to compromise on the quality and taste of their food, which is why we are offering this new range of oven-to-table, premium packaging for microwave meals. The platters and dishes can be reused several times by consumers, both to store and serve food, making them a more environmentally sustainable product.”
The diverse range of sizes offers flexibility and accurate portion control – suiting both hot and cold main courses, as well as side orders. A stock range of lids fitting more than one base completes the offering, ensuring that storage requirements are kept to a minimum and stock control is made easier. A chicken roaster and pots for small salads, soups and olives are also available as part of the range.
