Welcome to the LINPAC Confidential Helpline
(whistleblowing service)
Integrity is vital to LINPAC. As a Group, we are committed to the highest standards of quality, honesty, openness and accountability.
Employees have an important role in helping us to achieve this goal. You are often the first to know if someone is doing something illegal or improper, but you may feel worried about raising the issue. The new LINPAC Confidential Helpline is a whistleblowing service that provides a way for you to voice your concerns – with total anonymity – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The LINPAC Confidential Helpline is NOT for general complaints or enquiries from customers or members of the general public...
- For new business and other customer-related issues please contact the appropriate LINPAC division or office – see ‘Contact us’
- For general enquiries from the public or media, please contact the Group press office– email: info@linpac.com
Who is the Helpline for?
The LINPAC Confidential Helpline is intended for all full and part-time employees of LINPAC Group and its divisions and subsidiaries, as well as contractors, consultants, etc. However, it may also be used by customers, distributors, suppliers, etc., to report misconduct without risk to themselves.
It is not a channel for employees to raise general questions relating to their personal circumstances. You should direct these through the existing HR process.
For more information please follow this link for a copy of the Group’s Whistleblowing Policy.
How do I raise a concern?
LINPAC Group has joined with Expolink to offer an anonymous, free-to-call and confidential service to enable you to report your concerns. It could be a criminal activity, fraud, theft or damage to property. Or it may be more personal to you – such as discrimination, bullying or harassment. Expolink can also be used when you have strong suspicions of malpractice or inappropriate behaviour, but you do not wish to be identified.
The service may be reached either by telephone (see list of freephone numbers below) or by submitting a web-based form via...
What happens when I contact the Helpline?
Our partner, Expolink, is a completely independent organisation, with impartial staff trained to handle your enquiry. You can phone in total confidence, knowing that the call will not be traced or recorded. You will not even be asked your name.
The information provided in your telephone call or web report will be passed on to one of the company’s senior executives, who will act on it without compromising you. Expolink’s experience and carefully thought-through procedures and controls assure this level of security.
The service is available in more than 100 languages and there is no charge – even the call is free. You can also contact the Helpline from home, for complete privacy. The service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
During the initial call or at the end of your online session, you will be given a unique code number to make it easy for you to return with more information if you wish.

At LINPAC Group we try to achieve an open working environment in which employees feel able to report any concerns directly to their line manager. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when you are not totally comfortable doing this.
It’s for those times that we have set up the LINPAC Confidential Helpline.
