LINPAC Allibert is a renowned international specialist in reusable containers and multi-trip systems. We manufacture the world’s largest range of returnable transit packaging (RTP) – including the iconic Maxinest tray and the Maxipac bulk unit. Our many unique products include folding, nesting, stacking and attached-lid containers – plus dollies, pallets and bulk-handling equipment – and we provide a wide variety of support services. We have more than 140 million units in circulation, and create customised products on demand.
We work in partnership with customers to make their supply chains more efficient by providing complete management and control of returnable transit packaging. We are also one of the world’s largest manufacturers of bespoke reusable packing inserts (dunnage) for RTP.
Our extensive portfolio of registered designs and patented intellectual property, means we are normally able to meet customers’ needs from existing designs. However, when customisation or an entirely new product is required our designers will work closely with customers to conceive, prototype and test RTP that fulfils their exact requirements.
LINPAC Allibert serves the retail, food, catering and hospitality, healthcare, industrial and automotive markets – among many others – and supports customers on a local, national and international scale. Many of our products and services work with each other to create fully integrated supply chain solutions.
Our LINPAC Services division provides a wide range of support services. Its Logtek business unit offers competitive rental and leasing agreements, enabling us to take the capital cost of RTP off our customers’ balance sheets. Leasing also means that customers can spread the cost over the entire life of the assets – typically from seven to 30 years.
Clearly RTP is a valuable investment that needs to be protected and maintained. For this reason Logtek also offers a complete range of support services, including inspection, repair, washing (including deep cleaning and swab-testing when required), de-kitting of waste materials and asset tracking.
Another LINPAC Services business unit, Intellident, is a specialist supplier of RFID/smart media and barcode technologies – enabling customers to make use of real-time data capture to re-engineer their replenishment processes and avoid costly stock-outs or obsolescence. Through LINPAC Recycling we even recycle products at the end of their working lives – turning them back into the raw material to manufacture new plastic crates or other items.
Other LINPAC Services business units include LINPAC Allibert Medical (manufacture of medical containers and cabinets), LINPAC Storage Systems (manufacture and installation of metal racking and shelving), LINPAC Environmental (manufacture and supply of street furniture, recycling bins, etc.) and LINPAC Metals (metal sheet printing for primary packaging).
We also own Storage Direct, a catalogue and eCommerce site that offers a wide variety of LINPAC and other related products, including: shelving, racking, storage containers and bins, cabinets, handling containers and pallets (RTP), trucks and trolleys, workshop benches and tool storage, office furniture and storage, health and safety, waste and environment, and steps and ladders. Storage Direct has been trading for 17 years.
Our customers get expert technical support from the people involved in the development of their RTP. We also offer printing and labelling services.
At LINPAC Allibert our aim is to make the change from disposable to returnable packaging straightforward and financially rewarding for all our customers.
