As an international market leader in plastic packaging and film technologies, LINPAC Packaging aims to attract the very best talent.
But don't take our word for it. Read what some of our people have to say...
Jose Manuel Valle Alvarez
LINPAC Packaging, Raw Material Supply Planning, Spain
I have been with LINPAC Packaging in Pravia, Spain, since 1995 and in that time have seen many positive changes across the business. LINPAC really does support its employees and provides people with the opportunities to develop further in their careers.
My role involves solving problems and providing supply chain solutions to both internal and external customers and ensuring that the same issues are not repeated in the future. Customer service is one of LINPAC's core values – working together as one team to provide the best levels of service. For me, the best thing about working for LINPAC is the global perspective it allows and the open-mindedness of the business to make progressive change.
George Cowe
LINPAC Packaging, Engineering Manager, UK
I’ve been with LINPAC Packaging for over 22 years and now hold the position of Engineering Manager, looking after the food services site in St Helens.
I’ve seen lots of changes in the business since I joined, and without these changes and this progression we would not be in the strong position we are today. We run world class operations that make sure we are leading the way in our industry. Our change management processes and the strong leadership of our management teams ensure that we stay ahead.
In my view LINPAC is a great company to work for as it invests in its people and offers a wide scope of opportunities to anyone who wants to develop in their career.
Nuria Menendez Martinez
LINPAC Packaging, Production Assistant, Spain
I joined LINPAC in Pravia as a packer in 2002. Since that time, outside of work, I completed a chemistry degree and have now been given the opportunity with LINPAC to use my new skills and knowledge in a role as production assistant.
Cristobal Da Costa
LINPAC Packaging, HSHE Manager, Spain
I am an engineering graduate and safety specialist. I joined LINPAC in March 2008 as a member of the HSHE team. From the beginning I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly working atmosphere in Pravia.
In a short time I have seen some important changes in the organization that demonstrate that we are a big – but agile – company.
LINPAC is a very good place to work. There’s stability, and you can learn and demonstrate your knowledge.
Susan Adams
LINPAC Packaging, Operational Secretary, UK
I have been with LINPAC Packaging in Featherstone since 1992 and currently hold the position of Operational Secretary. During my time I have held various roles, including Trainee Graphic Designer and Receptionist, and have seen many changes.
LINPAC has given me the opportunity to develop my skills in different areas that I may not have considered without the support I have received.
My experience demonstrates that LINPAC really does support its employees and helps them to meet their goals and aspirations.
Romina Kamel Tumedei
Infia Srl (LINPAC Packaging), Export Sales Assistant, Italy
I have been with Infia in Italy since June 2003 and I have seen many positive changes over the years.
Starting as receptionist, I now work in the sales department. This is an example of how Infia functions… the business always tries to identify the strengths of its employees and steers them towards the position that suits their aptitudes.
Now I’m responsible with my colleagues for assisting with sales across a number of countries, agents and customers. It’s not just a sales role; our policy is to give total service to customers so they have no wish to take their business elsewhere.
Infia is a good company to work for because we are a great team. We are all involved in the customer relationship. It’s what helps us to remain number one in our sector.
Gonzalo Sandez
LINPAC Packaging, HRIS Administrator, Argentina
I joined LINPAC Packaging at La Pilarica in 2004. Since then I have worked in different parts of the company, including planning, costing and purchasing. Now I’m also taking part in HR management through the HRIS project.
Being part of LINPAC has given me the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world, learn about new cultures and improve my skills through the use of new tools, teamwork and training.
Washington Castelli
LINPAC Packaging, Human Resources, Uruguay
I have worked for the Group since 1999, initially as a Personnel Officer, and since then I have actively participated in the HSHE committee.
As the business has grown so have our needs and responsibilities. At present I am HR Manager for all South America – a great opportunity and a big challenge. I also lead the HSHE committee, which helps the business to implement Group policies and values.
It is great for me to be part of a team where the importance of each individual’s contribution is so highly regarded.
Marcello Moscatiello
LINPAC Packaging, Regional Improvement Leader, Italy
I have been with LINPAC Packaging since 1998 and over this period the business has continuously supported me in various roles and in my ambition to become a chartered engineer.
LINPAC is committed to building world class operations by investing in its personnel, offering training opportunities, ensuring job satisfaction/ effectiveness and by empowering its people so that decisions are always made at the right level.
My current role allows me to use my communication and leadership skills to develop our Verona operation, but the way the business is structured means I also have the opportunity to work in cross-functional divisional teams to implement significant business projects. LINPAC continues to develop and improve by identifying and sharing best practice generated by its people at all levels and by implementing it through a strong teamworking ethic.
Adela Rodriguez
LINPAC Packaging, Human Resources, Uruguay
I started working for LINPAC in 2006 as an HR Assistant. I discovered a company that really manages its HR, is interested in the development of its employees, and offers them the opportunity to grow.
Being part of the HSHE committee I learn about risks every day – their prevention and assessment, as well as other Health & Safety matters. I have come to appreciate all the values of the company highly, along with the relevance of HSHE for our staff.
At the present time we are working on a new Group project involving everyone in HR. It is a big responsibility to co-ordinate and manage this for the entire region, but it is a pleasure to be part of a team that works shoulder to shoulder.
