I’ve been with the Ropak division of LINPAC since 1985 and have worked my way up to Account Manager in the commercial team. In my view the best thing about my role is being able to see our products being developed and brought to market. I feel proud when a product that we have developed is on the store shelf and knowing that I assisted in its success.
LINPAC has provided me with many development opportunities. After attending a telephone sales training course I realised that even a salesman with over 19 years experience can continue to improve and learn new skills – to consistently offer customers the highest level of service.
