- Minimises the use of packaging:
- Replaces thicker materials and flow pack solutions.
- No need to use additional cardboard sleeve or box to identify the product.
Smooth wall trays:
- Maximum depth available: 90mm.
- Trays designed with the flange downwards to give a sealing area 1mm wider than most competitors – greatly reducing the risk of food contamination spoiling the pack seal.
- Natural barrier material – excellent for use in MAP applications.
LINtop films
A new generation films designed specifically for aluminium trays – to give a tight, clear pack with excellent product visibility.
LINtop Alu HB B 45P – to suit plain trays:
- High barrier peelable structure, with specific aluminium sealant.
- Seals on top of the tray, and must be removed prior to cooking in a microwave or conventional oven.
- Withstands temperature variations in both fresh and frozen food processes.
- Anti-fog to give good product presentation.
LINtop PP HB B 42 – to suit lacquered trays:
- High barrier structure with controlled seal – seal strength will depend on temperature settings, time and machine type.
- Seals on top of the tray, and must be removed prior to cooking in a microwave or conventional oven.
- Withstands temperature variations in both fresh and frozen food processes.
- Anti-fog to give good product presentation.
