Bill Forrester

Bill Forrester

Chairman, The LINPAC Group

Bill Forrestor has been Chairman of LINPAC since August 2004. Bill has a wealth of knowledge and experience, previously holding the position of Executive Chairman of John Laing Plc, the UKs leading PFI/PPP investor, developer and operator. Whilst at John Laing, Bill instigated a strategic review of the group's businesses and restored shareholder confidence in the company resulting in the sale of the business in December 2006.

Previously, Bill was Chief Executive of SIG plc and continues to hold directorships in Dignity Plc and Brittpac Ltd.

Patrick Shanley

Finance Director, LINPAC Group

Patrick joined LINPAC Group in March 2008 as Group Finance Director. Patrick has a strong operational and strategic financial background and most recently he led the buyout of Corsadi from Acordis (formerly Akzo Nobel fibres division).

Patrick previously held the position of Group Finance Director for Courtaulds and subsequently Chief Financial Officer of Acordis. Prior to this he held several executive financial roles with Courtaulds incuding development of a global finance function.

John Jones

John Jones

HR Director, the LINPAC Group

John joined the LINPAC Plastics division in 2001 where he has led the introduction of a formal HR strategy and associated implementation programmes as well as leading Health, Safety, Hygiene & Environmental policy. From January 2006, John also took responsibility for HR across the LINPAC Group. John has over 25 years HR experience working with HJ Heinz Inc, S&N Plc, British Energy Plc, and Caterpillar Inc.

Mike Arrowsmith

Chief Executive Officer, the LINPAC Group

Mike joined LINPAC as CEO in May 2005. Mike has previously held senior positions in Burroughs Machines UK (now Unisys), SmithKline Beecham, Astec Plc, and was advisor to PPM Ventures – Asia. Most recently, Mike held the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of Tibbett & Britten Plc, where he managed the repositioning and growth of the business in the UK and overseas.
