Health and Safety
The health and safety of our people, our customers and our suppliers is of paramount importance to LINPAC. Safety is not something that can be project managed or managed in isolation. It requires the commitment and dedication of all our employees wherever in the world they are based be it a factory, a distribution centre or an office. Our safety culture is based on the following principles:
- Accidents and injuries are preventable
- Each of us has a personal responsibility for our safety and the safety of others both on and off the job
- No business objective is so important that it will be pursued at the sacrifice of safety
- Safe conduct of operations is a condition of employment at LINPAC
- A job is well done only if it is done safely
