As part of our continuing strategy to bring a greater focus to our European Packaging and Materials Handling activities, we announce today the sale of the shares of LINPAC Automotive Limited to a new company set up by the Barr Family.
The Barr Family has a long track record in the automotive sector and in recent years have made two other successful acquisitions of UK automotive component manufacturing companies.
The Management and Employees of the three UK plants; Southend, Dunstable and Scunthorpe and the Spanish plant will all be transferring with the business.
We take this opportunity to thank all employees for their contribution over many years and we wish them well for the future.
