LINPAC Materials Handling
LINPAC’s Materials Handling business has built strong positions in several market sectors - notably Retail, Automotive, Beverage and General Industrial. Our main objective now is to accelerate the organic growth of the combined business by leveraging our expertise and achievements in these sectors, both internationally and across a broader customer base.
This new business will be truly market driven where, through closer relationships with our customers, we will jointly define and provide the solution to their materials handling requirements.
There is tremendous skill and expertise within the various LINPAC Materials Handling divisions. Our challenge is to identify and spread best practice in all areas - sales & marketing, design, manufacturing and support services – creating a culture where good ideas are readily accepted whatever the source. Delivering this challenge will support our primary objective of working more closely with our customers in providing solutions to their materials handling needs across their entire supply chain.
Until now LINPAC’s Materials Handling activities have been managed through two separate autonomous divisions – LMH Europe and LMH NAFTA (including China). Our major customers are becoming increasingly international and are demanding consistent levels of service across geographical boundaries as well as more sophisticated solutions to their materials handling requirements. To win in this changing market place we must fully understand our customers’ needs across a spectrum of activities and provide focused investment and shared expertise across our different LMH businesses.
To facilitate this change, we have decided to combine our operations in Europe, North America, China, Brazil & South Africa into a single integrated Division.
This is the beginning of an immensely important initial phase in the evolution of the LINPAC Materials Handling Division.
